NIKE IS THE WINNER

            Nike is considered as the quality product for sportsman. It could be part of our lives in which many people love to play sports every day. Anyway, everyone on earth would have a reason to opt for a different product that may depend on the individual’s attitude.

I believe that Nike is known as a leader in sport equipment and this causes Nike up to the first rank of sport brand. Since Nike has advertised the products through the celebrity to inspired their fans. Their good image also has created the reputation and popularity among the users. 

Nike is a company that makes quality products and support capability of personnel. They have returned the benefits to society and still maintain the social responsibility until today. Importantly, Nike has to constantly keep an eye on the competitors that never give up and continue against them so far. Therefore, they would definitely improve and develop their products and services.

Finally, to be the major of sport brand, Nike continues to maintain their standard because everybody is still confident in the quality of their products and the attitude towards the company. Although, there are many competitors, but Nike is still the first brand in the hearts of many people including both athletes and fans of the sport as well.

RUN WITH NIKE  

Nike, of course, everyone would have known this brand from everywhere. Nike has something different from other brands which they have been developing the products from sportswear to be more casual and convenient to wear in daily lives. Then, people tend to purchase these categories of products with increasingly changed at all times.

            Later, Nike had the idea to develop their products to be more strange and interesting. Customers could experience sports, training, athletes, and everything new at Nike. They has created the products to respond men, women, or even kids but the fashion has applied to the lifestyles of people today. 

         

         Nike have provided various categories of products. First, they have sport items for many kinds of sports which have running, basketball, football, training, soccer, skateboard, snowboarding, golf, and tennis. Second, they have designed clothes to fit with exercising such as shirts, T-shirts, jerseys, hoodies and sweatshirts, jackets, vests, shorts, pants, base layer, and swimwear. Third, the gears for any sports also included fuel band, socks, hats, caps, bags, backpacks, golf clubs, and balls.

In addition, sportswear, structured fabric creates a modern and shaped fit. Also, doubled-faced jersey fabric is smooth to the touch. Thermal construction provides warmth without weight added for their function.

To summary, Nike has increased more and more in these kinds of products because they are applied from the sportswear and people have different lifestyles whether to work, travel, or exercise. Not surprisingly, the brand infiltrates to every areas throughout the world.

BLOG 8 – EXPOSITION – DEFINITION

NIKE IDOL

            Generally, everyone shall have an idol to follow by inspiration which may be the first step of their success. They need to adjust themselves in order to achieve the goal or succeed like their idol has done.

In term of “idol”, he/she is someone who is creating something up by themselves but they would not know that there will be followed by others. For example, many people often have their sport idol who has motivated and inspired them. The sport idol would be such a good athlete and excellent in that kind of sport. And when we like someone so much, whether they dress or favor in something, we will follow what they are. 

As a result, we tend to buy the idols’ item as Nike and other companies have noticed this point. They have brought the sport idol of most people to promote their product and draw attention to the people who are fans of the athlete. They might not know that the customers are really love their product and willing to buy it or not. However, it would also benefits to the company to get new group of customers from that presenter.

Finally, sports presenters have also contributed to increase the revenue of the company due to the use of their idols was the inspiration and success for themselves.

BLOG 7 – EXPOSITION – COMPARISON OR CONTRAST

NIKE & ADIDAS

Nike is recognized as a leader of sport equipment manufacturer in the world which many people often think that Nike is the most common brand, but their main competitor is Adidas, another giant company. The two companies have gained the big market share in sport market.

Typically, Nike is focusing on soccer and basketball which is quite popular among sport players. Not surprisingly, Nike always releases new products and modify the products to meet the customer’s needs in the age of convenient and modernity. 

One of Nike strategy is to use the celebrity as a presenter such as Michael Jordan, Wayne Rooney, and C. Ronaldo 7 in promotion and advertising. This caused the main competitor like Adidas has been developing their products to compete with Nike. 

Moreover, Adidas has used the presenter, Lionel Messi, the football star to attract the customers and also Messi’s fans. Moreover, the two companies have brought new innovations as a dominant point added to their products. Even though, they are both important competitors but they are similar to provide health care to their clients using quality products.

In conclusion, Nike and Adidas are both famous in sportswear and equipment throughout the world. Maybe the presenter also contributes to the decision making of customers. Some don’t concern about the brand, they just follow their idol and try to use the same product. However, everyone has the rights to choose the best one which they prefer, so the comparison between that two brands is not important as the liking in their idol.

JUST DO IT

Nike is one of the top sport brands of the world with those various products, such as sneakers, sportswear, and sports equipment to satisfy the customers. Also the brand ambassador is making Nike well-known today.

Likewise, when talking about Nike, it’s known as a top sports equipment manufacturer in the world which they have developed and designed the products constantly to meet the needs of customers. Moreover, Nike has advertised their own brand by using the famous athletes or celebrities to promote the products during that time. 

As shoes of Jordan, the very famous product that take advantage from the reputation of “Michael Jordan”, the presenter who is a basketball star of Bulls team. Nike has made ad "Just do it" to promote their goods through Jordan and that makes the world known about Nike more than before. 

As a result, people were flocking to buy the collection of Jordan both sneaker and sportswear. Nike can make people known as the world's leading manufacturers of sports equipment.

However, some of customers might not really like the product at the first time, but they were fan of Jordan. Therefore, the zeal of the presenter has made Nike becomes very popular and known as a legendary of basketball shoes nowadays.

            Vans is a famous brand and so popular throughout the world. Not surprising if it has been imitated and sold widespread in many places including in Thailand. I would like to share some tricks to choose the real one that exactly useful for someone who looking for a nice Vans.

            First of all, before you’re going to the shop, you should know which one you really want to buy and remember all information as much as you can. So, when you are in the shop, you won’t waste your time with selection the one you like most. After you got it, observing a condition of good is the most important. You need to check the product carefully.

            In this step, you could begin with its shape. The real which is made in USA will have a nice sharp head. The shoe’s edge must be closed differed from China and Vietnams’ that quite bigger and the edge is straight down. Next, you may move to inside of the shoe. A pumped square of US Vans must have the word ‘made in USA’ below Vans that others’ don’t have. Then, look at the rubber label, the US Vans must have the same color with its edge and pumped the word like inside clearly. And then, importantly, observe under the shoe’s sole touch on the ground. VANS “OFF THE WALL”

          How to style yourself? You might not sure what exactly style to yourself but you can show your cool style with Vans. Vans Off The Wall's name, most people know it as the shoe of street wear. ‘Street Wear’ may refer to the children who like to play on the street or in the park. Most people may have seen them playing board or skating which each person is different by dressing. They would be collectively as a street boy with their unique styles.

    

              I have talked with one of the Vans follower who is really addicted and has been collecting the Vans collection as his favorite. He is a second year student studying in Marketing of Business Administration faculty. He told me that one day he just thought to find some shoes to hang out, but he didn’t know what the good brand to buy. By his favor, he just liked something kind of street wear. He then found the first one that was Vans Anti Hero. 

            He has worn it for 5 years and it is quite durable and comfortable. Probably he is a big one, so choosing the shoes’ size is very important. Vans has made some version for people in big size which is also beautiful and unique. He can wear Vans go out everywhere, do any activities he wants without annoyance. He likes spending time to travel in any places and also play X-treme sports such as BB gun. With the design patterns of some version, they are specifically made to fit with the X-treme sports and save the players’ ankles and soles as well.

            He couldn’t answer which brand is better or more durable. But if someone asked him that “Is Vans durable?”, they would be given a complete answered of YES! However, the nice shoes could be maintained if you take care of it in use. Each design is depend on the type of using such as everyday used, skating, or X-treme sports. Vans is considered to be the best one for extreme sports which has the top competitor like the Fallen Mcbeth. These brands are designed to improve the quality and create various styles to respond different needs of customers.

            Later he has begun to collect a Limited Edition of Vans.  It would be already a part of his life. He now wears Vans for 10 years and never changed to the other brands and Vans is the most valuable ones for him. He doesn’t know why it is very emotional, but he would say that “he just love Vans.”

THE LEGEND OF STREET WEAR

            When we talk about the sneakers in those young men’s dream, one of their lists would have a Vans ranking 1 in 5 of their favorite sneakers. Vans is so popular overtime with its own unique style, durable for any situations and affordable price offered could be that all reason liking them. Also the story behind the Vans is as interesting as its popularity.

            Firstly, Vans was born in 1966 from a man named Paul Van Doren who had strongly intention to invent the shoes in his own ways. Based on the experience over 20 years, he has previously worked in a shoe factory. Vans has created the first factory in California that was the beginning of a legendary of “Street Wear” shoes throughout the world.

            At that time, vans were still less popular. Until the early 70’s, skateboard was the famous sport among teenagers. It was very popular everywhere in America at that time. Also Tony Alva, Stacy Peratta, famous skaters and their lackeys were hunting for great shoes to playing board. And they lastly found the Vans which become so popular ever since and widespread to all street fashion around the world.

            Accidentally, the phrase "Off the Wall" was pleasant to the ear of Steve Vans Doren who totally took over the business. Then he took this sentence as a good chance by putting it on the shoes’ heels. So, that’s the origin of the word "Vans Off the Wall", famous phrase that was remembered in our sense.

            Therefore, the simple reason to choose Vans you don’t have to think a lot that is because it was chic and cool from time to time and never out-of-date. With the excellent materials and classic designs but very good looking, Vans were suddenly known in shoes market. And eventually, they were quickly spread worldwide. Vans are divided into several different versions to accommodate various lifestyles of people in modern time whether it is the Era, Chukka, and Old Skool, which are thrived and sold well until now.

BLOG 2 - DESCRIPTION ESSAY

WALKING WITH VANS

            Absolutely, it’s necessary to wear shoes in everyday life and surely have to take it everywhere seemed to be a part of you. By the change of time, we move to the era of fashion which has been varied overtime. However, everyone all needs their own unique style, differentiation, and self-confidence in order to create the identity differs from others. Someone may look at you, appreciate, and fall in love with your style and you would be glad to feel that. Sneakers could be one of the good choices making your own style differently. And then why do we have to choose Vans? I’m also asking myself. Why I like it?

            As we saw, most people prefer to wear canvas when going out, especially among teenagers. It has never been out-of-date. You don’t need to dress a lot, just be simple by wearing T-shirt, your favorite jeans, and can’t miss with the nice sneakers. That’ll be cool and good looking to others.

            Of course, I also love this style. It makes me have more confident to go outside, hang out with friends, shopping on the weekend than wearing a laced dress with high heels like other girls preferred. I used to wear a beautiful and neatly dress only for the formal occasion that rarely happened. I prefer to dress comfortably and simply but cool and chic in the same time. So, Vans could answer my questions to let me shining my COOL!

                I’ve been to JJ market for several times a month. You couldn’t imagine how large groups of people surrounding you. They are from different place but also have the same purpose there, that’s shopping! Many outlets along the street are crowded with masses of people who desire to shop and want to get the best thing they decided to choose it. Even though they’re tired and so hot, but they’re still enjoy shopping, smile, and laugh with their friends. I like to see many people covered with clothes by their style. Someone dresses uniquely and different but it doesn’t attract me as the one who coming with Vans. It makes them cool by itself with many designs, original style, durable, stylish, and very good looking. Thus, these’re caused the best shoes and so popular of Vans brand among teenagers.

            Finally, the main reason we chose to wear Vans because we love Vans! I think that’s an enough reason by own meaning. As once you chose to love something, even if someone wouldn’t agree, you still love it anyway. BLOG 1 - ONE-THREE-ONE ESSAY

Starting point of Greenpeace volunteer !!!

Do you know the name “GREENPEACE” or have you ever seen any activities they do? Someone would say YES, but I believe that they won’t really know what exactly we do if they don’t be a part of us!

Greenpeace is a non-government organization or NGO that doesn’t depend on or receive the money from any organizations. We do the campaign to confront the environment criminal peacefully by doing real action due to changing people’s attitudes and behaviors to protect conserve our environment.

I proudly say that I am a volunteer of Greenpeace. In last big summer, I’m so bored and didn’t have anything to do, so I found something interesting that should be get benefit as well. Accidentally, I searched for the website to apply as a volunteer and found the announcement of Greenpeace on the volunteer website. I decided to type my personal details on their online application and sent it out. I don’t think I would be chosen because Greenpeace is an international organization and might have many people want to join with them. But one day, the officer called to me and invited to attend the special course of training to be a volunteer and that is how I start this kind of work.

During the training course, I’ve got many experiences and knowledge from the senior volunteers and the officers. I think they’re so cool and sacrifice a lot not for themselves but for our environment of everyone in the world. I could suddenly make a decision at that moment that “I must be a part of Greenpeace!”

After the training, I extremely want to be a volunteer and keep on this opportunity to change the world. But we cannot exactly change it without the collaboration from everybody to give their big supports and continue the campaign to make awareness in value of natural and environmental protection in our country even more.
